Hello, i am new and im curious about pp service, is it some kind of cheat or something. Becuase how can you PP a person without potential pill available on malls or boxes. Please enlighten me, Im new to the game. I might fall to some banning strategy, I dont like that.

At special IM events if you buy a high amount of IM points you get 2 gold cards. In those gold cards you can pick 1 reward and one of those rewards are blue potential pills which are 100% succese rate. In 1 gold card you can get 2 blue pills. Some people have qlot of them stocked up from the past and that's why they can sell it. Plus the pills are untradable once you open the gold card. So most people either give you the cards or log your char and use them for you.
