Could we have an information tab under "general server" (the same place where "guides" is)? [see below for example]
Guides are designed to be step by step processes towards a specific outcome whereas information threads are designed more of informing the player about certain features/tips.
General discussion feels like a place that informative threads could be lost as it's more of a chatting area (Progress threads, daily log... etc.) and feel like daily updates/conversations/posts should be separated from 1-time informative posts that could get lost or difficult to find within the clutter. [This isn't meant to be taken as a complaint towards "General Discussion" since it is designed to be more active than other categories. I'm just asking that the informative posts to have a special place for them to be easily accessible/found].
Just as an example, I never knew about Pika's Wlo Pet Tier list until today when he posted it on the discord server while it was made on the 8th of November.
Alternatively, within the Guides section, informative posts could have a flair/tag/indicator at the start of the title (e.g [Information] What is an Examples) if making a new section seems like too much.
