Well most of you probably would have realised that i'm no longer Admin and in case you haven't, well now you do. Normally, i wouldn't bother about defending or justifying myself, but i thought i would just give my inputs about this whole incident and of course state a few things as well since her thread is locked. The whole "Karolina" incident probably affected the whole mod team as a whole. Let's get this over with. I'm sure by now, some of you, if not most of you have already seen the screenshot provided by the "Oscar Winner" Karolina. There is no direct mention of Karolina from me whatsoever. For real, if you are going to be upset over what people say on the internet, don't start something you can't handle and then play the victim card to gain sympathy. I got removed for saying things that i shouldn't say in general simply because it's a rather touchy subject. (I'm dealing with it every now and then) I'm not stating that i'm faultless, but i don't appreciate being solely blamed for it. Now that i get the unnecessary things over, this section is more towards the mod team. I'm going to "spoiler" this section. This might seems like a jab to all of you. I have been in the admin team for about a month. Honestly speaking, sometimes i do wonder if there is a mod team to begin with. I do get that this is all voluntarily, but i just don't sense the presence of mods here, except during the scoring of the event. Most of you are picked by Carlos, but ever since Amy took over, i personally feel like no one actually gave a shit but her. I can understand that each of you have your life. I don't know what is rini doing at the moment, Karen, Siri and May are busy with school and Endi with his work. Call this pleading or begging, but please help Amy with this, even if it just a bit. She already has a lot to deal with. Yes i'm selfish and bias, since i care about her more. I'm grateful for this. It has been a rather pleasant 3 weeks or so working with each and every one of you. May, don't make the same mistakes i did. People won't be happy that you are straight out lashing at them on the platform you are in control of. I appreciate the spoiler part of the post, one thing you have wrong is that I chose everything on this forum since day 1.
Carlos had no input or decisions here mostly because he was busy with other things, and I took care of the forum, and I held my own recruitment.
The mods and I have been discussing a lot of stuff recently after your removal believe it or not about future events and activity on the forum, so we'll see where that goes.

I probably have the luxury of not knowing anyone prior to the few weeks I've joined this forum. Regardless, I did think what Karolina said in the forum was immature. If you don't like the outcome of something, there is a better way to express how you feel about it than to seem like a whiny brat that didn't get their way. Oh yeah, they did actually get third place, so in that aspect, they looked ungrateful as well. Count your blessings. Nobody's looking for a lifetime achievement here. This is all for fun and to support each other. Yikes. I like everyone in this forum, and I'm sure had Karolina given this forum a chance, I would've liked her, too. I plan to contribute what I can to help others as well.  |

I guess I have something to get off my chest. The whole Karolina thing (here we go again, I know) kinda messed things up. Yes, she’s gone, so why does it still feel like the remnants of the drama she started still lingers here? Anyways. Her comments have rubbed people up the wrong way and we need to get over it.
MowMow, I feel bad for you. I don’t know everything but being stripped of your role feels harsh. Maybe there’s more to the story that I don’t know but all I’ll say is that there’s no harm in giving second chances as we’re all humans who mess up. Hell, even I do.
As for Amy, you’re awesome. I really like you. But you seem really defensive after what’s happened- and rightfully so, because you made this forum from the ground up. But don’t take her comments and what happened to heart, it really isn’t that big of a deal. Shit happens but I’m pretty sure Karolina herself is over it. This is between you and MowMow and perhaps I’m overstepping here but give him another chance. I’m only saying this because I saw how friendly you both were before and it seems like there’s this awkwardness now. I’ll stop there as I don’t want you to hate me T.T
I have nowhere else but here to say it: Karolina really made me feel shit about winning. I know I put so much hard work in and that I’m valid, I don’t need a sore loser (despite the fact that she actually placed!) telling me what’s what. It just upsets me that she’s caused such an uproar and even rifts in friendships.
Anywayyyy that’s it from me. I’ve totally overstepped a billion boundaries here but it’s healthy to get shit off your chest once in a while. I love all of you and I’m really glad I’m a part of this forum. One bump in the road doesn’t change anything.

I'm against Karolina about what she did, she could do it in a better way but I'm also against the comments about what happened as I said before Izu's and Amy's comments were enough and I find her reason about leaving isn't enough to delete an account I think she wanted to say something else but she blamed pika about it to not lose others.
I'm against everything here.

I appreciate the feelings from the both of you, but it's fine really. Naturally, there would be some sort of slight awkwardness, but we are fine with each other. We are still talking to each other behind everybody's back.
I'm known to be a rather straightforward person, so even i can't guarantee i won't say similar things. Everybody have a different read on the definition of words, which is why different people are more prone to certain words.
Glad to know that even after this incident, you guys are all still supportive of this forums.

I appreciate everyone's input and feed back, I really do.
I will do my best to satisfy as much people as I can with this website whether it's events, staff, decoration, or information.
It's what I am here to do, and why I built this forum for us. Something you guys should understand is that this website belongs to us, the community, not me, and it's our job to make it better and build it. If I see something I do not like, I take action and try to be fair.
I may not take all the right decisions, I am not a saint. I try to evaluate it and run it through the team if there is time.
Please do not be discouraged by what you have seen the past couple of days, the forum has done nothing wrong. I appreciate everyone's activity and we can make a website that is extremely memorable and fun just by your help.
