As we ended the first event that was pretty successful to say the least in terms of the entries (I expected less entries), we had some problems when putting the scores out.
This is why I am creating a poll to ask if you guys would like to have a random generated event (like a lottery) event for Halloween,
Or if you would like a costume designing event (Customize your WLO char to look like a Halloween costume, Doala is acceptable).
- Note that if the majority would like a costume event, then the entries will be scored again. However, with the lottery, the prizes will be given out at random.
We will also have an amount of Karma points to reward every player who joins, and a Halloween badge. Moderators who choose not to donate for the lottery event are eligible to join the event.

Can it be a costume event either way ? Like even if it's voted against scoring, we can still have a Halloween costume event but the winner gets chosen randomly as long as they posted an entry. A lottery seems less appropriate than a costume event for Halloween (and less fun tbh). Anyway that's my suggestion/ opinion.
A lottery would be better in thanksgiving or christmas.

The only problem with costume judging is that it is more of a preference rather. There isn't really a category to judge from unlike the previous event.

IMO, the hoster of the event should pick which kind of event theyd like to make, its up to them  so go ahead and choose wat u like <3 im sure people will like any of them |

Yeah, but Creativity is about preference though. Like what i see as creative might not be creative for the next person and i agree with May. Choose what you feel comfortable with. So far, you have made the right decisions for a lot of choices here. I'm sure you can make the right call this time as well. I can always be the strict judge if you need one.

You guys should make a PK tournament among the forum users. I used to be in a guild and we loved doing that, and there would be a prize for the winners. Because everyone was different levels, they had it so that thered be a tournament for, say, everyone under level 60 fighting together, higher levels, low level reborns, high level reborns, and so on. It was a lot of fun, I had so much fun when we did that. Ive never been good at PK and always lost but it was always fun for everyone in the guild to get together and watch the guild leader destroy everyone in PK haha

It's fine if there were no rewards involved, but IF rewards are involved it can never be a PK tournament considering this game is PvE-centered. PK in an MMO is just a way of showing how much money you spent or how much of a no-lifer you are.

The thing is we also have different time-zones, most people nowadays that still play wlo are 18+ with jobs or at college so it will be pretty difficult to gather people for this. And there is also the fact that you lose EXP during PVP, like lower lvl players probably wouldnt mind that much, but people with RB that stay 1h for 5% exp prob wouldnt be so happy about this. If you have any other suggestions, we are always opened to more! So thank you for your input!

I mean they should be international well known or possible to know things. Also i don't even bother to say that WLO's Q A questions are horrible, maybe some questions about pet's back grounds and story on wlo?

Okay well that's fine, I didn't consider that. I had another idea. A guild I was in, cant remember if it was WLO or not, would do hide and seek. Whoever was running the event would pick a place to hide and then go on guild chat and give everyone a hint as to where they were hiding, that was usually some sort of riddle, although it was sometimes something like "Im somewhere in japan" or "I'm somewhere north of Osyla" or something like that. I cant remember if you can teleport to other players in this game, but I remember it being a problem in different online game, so if that's a thing you could use alts as the person the players are trying to find. The main problem I would think of is that low level players have a hard time getting to different getting to other locations. It would be possible to just do it on north/south island im sure though, I can think of a couple decent hiding spots off the top of my head.

greydays96 hide and seek would be soooo much fun!!! I also agree with a PK event, would definitely participate, I think having level brackets would even things out and encourage equity and participation. I WOULD LOVE... A SCAVENGER HUNT.I think if we would have a starting point, then have tents set up where mods are, and the mods would give each player a hint, whether it be an equip from a particular town (which would lead them to the next location/clue), a monster item drop, etc. Transportation is another issue, BUT, I think we could take care of that if we are willing to pool together resources, and give participants boats/rafts to get from one place to another, as well as through holy village tunnel. (example: clue leads to north island, at the top of north island, a mod drops boat to which participant can pick up and head to the next clue). For another a Christmas event, secret santa would be nice.

Nah, still think PK Events are bad events to host. Not a lot of us like fighting one another. If i wanted to do that, i would have play a PvP-centered game.
The problem is that hide and seek and Scavenger Hunt have been overrated and far too overused during the course of WLO.
